The Court made the following
ORDER :-
The present Criminal Petition is filed by the petitioner/accused, under Section 482 of Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, seeking to quash the proceedings in Crime No.104 of 2019 of Narsapuram Rural Police Station, West Godavari District.
2. Today, when the matter is taken up, Smt. P.Akhila Naidu, learned Assistant Public Prosecutor, has produced the written instructions furnished by the Sub-inspector of Police, Narsapuram Rural Police Station, West Godavari District, stating that main case vide C.C. No.123 of 2022 on the file of the Court of the I Additional Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Narsapuram, was settled before the National Lok Adalat on 14.09.2024.
3. Recording the said submission, the present Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
As a sequel, miscellaneous applications pending, if any, shall stand closed.
