The Court made the following
ORDER :-
The present Criminal Petition is filed by the petitioner/accused, under Section 482 of Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, seeking to quash the proceedings in Crime No.143 of 2019 of Tirupathi Urban Police Station, Chittoor District.
2. Today, when the matter is taken up, Smt. P.Akhila Naidu, learned Assistant Public Prosecutor, has produced the written instructions furnished by the Inspector of Police, West Police Station, Tirupati, stating that main case vide C.C. No. 445 of 2019 on the file of the Court of the III Additional Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Tirupati, was settled before the Lok Adalat on 12.03.2022.
3. Recording the said submission, the present Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
As a sequel, miscellaneous applications pending, if any, shall stand closed.
