ORDER:
This Criminal Petition, under Section 482 Cr.P.C., has been filed by the petitioner, seeking to quash the proceedings in FIR No.193 of 2016 dated 23.11.2016 on the file of Pedapadu Police Station, West Godavari District.
2. Today, when the matter is taken up, learned Assistant Public Prosecutor produced written instructions furnished by the Station House Officer, Pedapadu Police Station stating that the police have already filed charge sheet and the same was numbered as S.C.No.95 of 2020 on the file of the Special Judge for Trial of Cases under SCs & STs (POA) Act -cum- VIII Additional District and Sessions Judge, West Godavari at Eluru. After full fledged trial, the said sessions case ended in acquittal vide judgment dated 14.11.2024.
3. Recording the same, the present Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
As a sequel thereto, the miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Criminal Petition shall stand closed.
