The Court made the following order:
This contempt case is filed under sections 10 to 12 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971 for the willful disobedience of the order dated 05-05-2025 passed in W.P.(A.T.) No.1736 of 2021 in O.A.No.837 of 2018, by the respondents.
2. In continuation of the docket proceedings dated 09.10.2026, Ms. Samantha Krishnan, learned counsel representing the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted to close the contempt case as the order dated 05.05.2025 in W.P. (A.T) No.1736 of 2021 in O.A.No.837 of 2018 was complied.
3. Accordingly, the contempt case is closed.
As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this contempt case shall stand closed.
