ORDER :-
This Criminal Petition, under Section 482 Cr.P.C., has been filed by the petitioners/Accused Nos.1, 3 to 5, seeking to quash the proceedings in Crime No.380 of 2019 of Chintalapudi Police Station, West Godavari District.
2. Today, when the matter is taken up, the learned Assistant Public Prosecutor has produced written instructions furnished by the Sub-Inspector of Police, Chintalapudi Police Station, stating that the police have filed charge sheet and the case was numbered as C.C. No. 95 of 2023 on the file of the Court of the Junior Civil Judge-cum-Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Chintalapudi. The said case was ended in compromise before the Lok Adalat on 11.02.2023.
3. In view of the said statement, the cause in the Criminal Petition does not survive for further adjudication.
4. Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
As a sequel thereto, the miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Criminal Petition shall stand closed.
