The Court made the following
ORDER :-
The present Criminal Petition is filed by the petitioner/accused, under Section 482 of Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, seeking to quash the proceedings in CFR No.136 of 2019, dated 31.01.2019 on the file of the Court of Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Pathikonda, which was numbered as Crime No.95 of 2019 of Pathikonda Urban Police Station, Kurnool District.
2. Today, when the matter is taken up, Smt P.Akhila Naidu, learned Assistant Public Prosecutor has produced the written instructions furnished by the Inspector of police, Pathikonda Urban Police Station, Kurnool District, stating that the police after completion of investigation, referred the case as civil in nature vide C.No.572/SDPO-D/2021, dated 25.11.2021.
3. Recording the said submission, the present Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
