ORDER :-
This Criminal Petition, under Section 482 Cr.P.C., has been filed by the petitioners/Accused Nos.4 and 5, seeking to quash the proceedings in Crime No.348 of 2019 of Women Police Station, Guntur Urban.
2. Today, when the matter is taken up, the learned Assistant Public Prosecutor has produced written instructions furnished by the Station House Officer, Women Police Station, Guntur District, stating that the police have filed charge sheet and the case was numbered as C.C. No. 838 of 2021 on the file of the Court of the V Additional Junior Civil Judge, Guntur. The said case was ended in compromise before the Lok Adalat on 12.03.2022.
3. In view of the said statement, the cause in the Criminal Petition does not survive for further adjudication.
4. Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
As a sequel thereto, the miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Criminal Petition shall stand closed.
