The Court made the following
ORDER :-
The present Criminal Petition is filed by the petitioners/A.2 & A3, under Section 482 of Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, seeking to quash the proceedings in Crime No.461 of 2018 of Rajampet Urban Police Station, Kadapa District.
2. Today, when the matter is taken up, Smt P.Akhila Naidu, learned Assistant Public Prosecutor has produced the written instructions furnished by the Inspector of police, Rajampeta Urban Police Station, stating that the police after completion of investigation, filed charge sheet and thereafter the main Sessions Case, i.e., S.C. No.184 of 2021 on the file of the Court of the Assistant Sessions Judge, Rajampet, was ended in acquittal, vide judgment, dated 02.03.2023.
3. In view of the above submission and as no cause survives for adjudication in the present matter, the present Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
