Heard the learned counsel for the Petitioner and the learned Assistant Public Prosecutor.
For the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit filed in support of the petition, the condition imposed on the Petitioner/Accused No.1, vide Order dated 09.10.2026 in Crl.P.No.1067 of 2026, directing him to be released on bail on executing a bond for Rs.3,00,000/- with three sureties for a like sum each to the satisfaction of the learned I Additional District and Sessions Judge-cum-Special Judge for Trial of Offences under NDPS Act, Visakhapatanam, is hereby modified as follows:
The Petitioner/Accused No.1 shall be released on bail on executing a bond for Rs.1,00,000/- with two sureties for a like sum each to the satisfaction of the learned I Additional District and Sessions Judge-cum- Special Judge for Trial of Offences under NDPS Act, Visakhapatanam.
