ORDER
Heard the learned Counsel for the Petitioner and the learned Assistant Public Prosecutor.
2. Petitioner and Respondent No.2 are present.
3. Pursuant to the directions of this Court, the learned Mediator conducted the mediation proceedings and submitted a report. The said report is hereby accepted.
4. In view of the Mediator’s report, the Criminal Revision Case is disposed of as compromised. Consequently, the conviction and sentence passed by the learned III Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gajuwaka, Visakhapatnam, in C.C.No.298 of 2019, dated 29.04.2025, as confirmed in Crl.A.No.215 of 2025, dated 25.05.2026, by the learned VIII Additional District and Sessions Judge, Guntur District (FTC), at Gajuwaka, are set aside, as a result, the Petitioner is acquitted under Section 320(8) of ‘the Cr.P.C’. There shall be no order as to costs.
