JUDGMENT:
Sri K.Anish, learned counsel, representing Sri G.Arun Showri, learned counsel for the appellant submitted that they filed a memo vide U.S.R.No. 117765/2026 seeking permission to withdraw this appeal, in view of the amicable settlement out of court.
2. Perused the material and recorded the contents of memo and the submission of learned counsel for the appellant.
