ORDER:
1. In pursuance to the direction of this Court, State submitted a status report of the Petitioner through the Station House Officer, Nallapadu Police Station, Guntur District.
2. It appears from the said status report that the petitioner has expired on 28.12.2013. The death certificate was also appended along with the report.
3. Let the report be taken on record.
4. Instant Criminal Revision Case has been preferred by the petitioner against the concurrent finding passed by the learned Trial Court as well as the Appellate Court. As the petitioner died, nothing left before this Court to pass further orders.
5. Accordingly, the instant Criminal Revision Case is dismissed as abated.
