THE HON’BLE SRI JUSTICE BATTU DEVANAND & THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE TUHIN KUMAR GEDELA

WRIT PETITION NO: 26539 OF 2026 ORDER: (Per Hon’ble Sri Justice Battu Devanand)

Mr. Kunuku Raja Sekhar, learned counsel appearing for the respondents, on instructions, would submit that the petitioner has paid the outstanding dues in respect of his loan account as on date and his loan account is regularized. He further contends that, in view of the same, the respondent-bank has withdrawn the SARFAESI proceedings initiated against the petitioner. The statement of the learned counsel for the respondents is placed on record.

4. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs.
