ORDER:
The Criminal Revision Case has been filed challenging the order dated 05.11.2020 passed in D.D.R.No.2361-A/2020 in Crime No.5 of 2020 of Steel Plant Police Station by the learned VIII Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Gajuwaka, allowing the memo filed by the police to produce the petitioner/Accused before the Medical Officer for conduction of potency test.
2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Assistant Public Prosecutor.
3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that, this Court, in Criminal Petition No.4547 of 2020, by order dated 01.05.2024, quashed the proceedings in Crime No.5 of 2020 on the file of Steel Plant Police Station.
4. In that view of the matter, the Criminal Revision Case is liable to be dismissed as infructuous and, accordingly,is dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs.
Miscellaneous Petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
