Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed therewith, the High Court may be pleased topleased to issue an appropriate writ, order or direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the in action on the part of the respondents in respect of granting permission to open an Un- Aided School in the name of New Ravindra Bharathi High School, Surya Nagar, Kodur for classes I to X (E.M) inspite of fulfilment of all the formalities and recommendations made by the concerned officers i.e., the respondents 2

to 4 and keeping the application No. 283424100099 pending with the first respondent, as illegal, arbitrary and violative of Articles 14 and 21-A of the Constitution of India and to consequently direct the respondents not to interfere with the functioning of the school in any manner and to process the application No. 283424100099 and to grant permission to open new school for classes I to X (E.M) at a stetch forthwith, in the interest of justice and to pass IA NO: 1 OF 2026

Petition under Section 151 CPC praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the High Court may be pleased pleased to pass an interim direction against the respondents not to interfere with the functioning of the school in any manner and to process the application No. 283424100099 and to grant. permission to open an Un-Aided School in the name of "New Ravindra Bharathi High School, Surya Nagar, Kodur" for classes I to X (E.M) at a stetch forthwith, during the pendency of the Writ Petition in the interest of justice and to pass Counsel for the Petitioner:
