11.03.2022 circulated on 15.03.2022 for conducting public auction on 23.03.2022 in respect of the land admeasuring Ac.6.72 cts of dry land in Sy.No.80 of Balliparru Village, Pedana Mandal, Krishna District as bad, illegal, arbitrary, improper, unjust and against the principles of natural justice and against the Sec. 82 of Act 30/87 and Rule-3 of the Agricultural Lease Rules,

2003 and against the Articles 14 and 21 of Constitution of India and consequently set-aside the auction notification Dt. 11.03.2022 and to continue the petitioner on land as landless poor person and grant IA NO: 1 OF 2022

Petition under Section 151 CPC praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the High Court may be pleased pleased to suspend the auction notification Dt. 11.03.2022 circulated on 15.03.2022 for conducting public auction on 23.03.2022 in respect of the land admeasuring Ac.6.72 cts of dry land in Sy.No.80 of Balliparru Village, Pedana Mandal, Krishna District belonging to the 3rd respondent temple, pending disposal of the writ petition and pass Counsel for the Petitioner:
