...RESPONDENT(S): Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed therewith, the High Court may be pleased topass an order or direction or Writ more particularly one in the nature of a Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the respondents in not releasing financial assistance of the last installment amount i.e is he have been credited with three installments, whereas only the last installment, i.e., the sanctioned 4th installment of 17,58,300 (Seventeen Lakh Fifty-Eight Thousand Three Hundred was required to be credited. The total amount of 4th installment sanctioned is 17,58,300. (Seventeen Lakh Fifty-Eight Thousand Three Hundred ) to the assistance of my son i.e 2nd petitioner Sannidhi Vamsi Padma Rama krishna to study his 'MASTER OF PROFESSIONAL ENGINEERING' 'at University of Monash university ,in Australia under the scheme of JAGANANNA VIDESHI VIDYA DEEVENA Application ID No. 2022001307 which is illegal, arbitrary, and unjust contrary to law and in violation of Article 14,19,21 of Constitution of India and principles of natural Justice, and consequently direct the respondents to release the sanctioned funds IA NO: 1 OF 2026 Petition under Section 151 CPC praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the High Court may be pleased direct the respondents to release 4th installment financial assistance of the amount i.e is he have been credited with three installments, whereas only the last installment, i.e., the sanctioned 4th installment of 17,58,300 (Seventeen Lakh Fifty-Eight Thousand Three Hundred was required to be credited. The Court made the following Order:

The petitioner is seeking release of the financial assistance of the 4th installment of Rs. 17,58,300/- (Seventeen Lakh Fifty-Eight Thousand Three Hundred) to the assistance of petitioner to study 'master Of Professional Engineering' 'at University of Monash university ,in Australia under the scheme of Jagananna Videshi Vidya Deevena Application ID No. 2022001307.

2. The learned Government Pleader appearing for the respondents submits that the respondents have not rejected or cancelled the petitioner’s benefit under the Scheme. He further submits that the amount pending will be released subject to the availability of necessary funds.

3. Considering the submissions made, the Writ Petition is disposed of, directing the respondents to verify and release the amounts sanctioned to the petitioners under the said scheme within a period of eight (8) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
