ORDER :-
This Criminal Petition, under Section 482 Cr.P.C., has been filed by the petitioners, seeking to quash the proceedings in Crime No.23 of 2019 of Kothakota Police Station, Visakhapatnam District.
2. Today, when the matter is taken up, learned counsel for the petitioners states that after completing investigation police filed charge sheet and the case also has been committed to the Court of Sessions vide S.C.SPL.No.93 of 2025. As such, the cause in the Criminal Petition does not survive for further adjudication.
3. Recording the said statement, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous. However, the petitioners are at liberty to challenge the said Session Case, if so advised.
As a sequel thereto, the miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Criminal Petition shall stand closed.
