Learned counsel for petitioner Association submits that representation dated 28.12.2025 submitted before respondent No.10 and others has not been decided till date. Grievance as raised by petitioner Association is not being looked into.
2. Keeping in view the facts and circumstances of the matter and limited prayer addressed, we dispose of this writ petition while directing respondent No.10 to consider present writ petition as a representation on behalf of

petitioner Association and decide the same in accordance with law, expeditiously and definitely within a period of four (4) weeks from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order. There is no expression of opinion on the merits of the matter. No order as to costs.
