Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed therewith, the High Court may be pleased to issue a writ, order or direction more particularly one in the nature of a Writ of Certiorari or any other appropriate Writ, Direction or Order by declaring 31.05.2024 and the Show Cause Notice dated 15.11.2024 of the resolution dated the 5th respondent, as illegal, arbitrary, capricious besides violation provisions of AP Co-Operative Societies Act, 1964 as well as violative of Articles 14, 19(1) (g) and also Bye-Laws of the Society and consequently reinstate the Petitioner as CEO of the 5th Respondent society and further direct the 2nd respondent to conduct enquiry against Respondent Nos.4 to 9 for initiation of appropriate action against their deeds which were detrimental to the progress of the 5th Respondent society and pass such other orders.

Petition under Section 151 CPC praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the High Court may be pleased may be pleased to suspend the resolution dated 31.05.2024

as well as the illogical Show Cause Notice dated 15.11.2024 passed by the 5th respondent by enabling the Petitioner to discharge his duties without any objection pending disposal of the main writ petition and pass such other orders.
