The Court made the following order:
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that subsequent to filing of the Contempt Case, speaking orders were passed vide Proceedings dated 07.07.2026, in compliance with the orders passed by this Court on 09.11.2021 in W.P.No.17079 of 2021.
In view of the same, the Contempt Case is closed. However, it is needless to observe that the petitioner may work out remedies against the said proceedings, in accordance with the Law. No costs.
