ORDER:
1. The present Contempt Case is filed for non-compliance of the Order dated 09.02.2026 passed by this Court in W.P.No.3581 of 2026.
2. At the time of hearing, learned counsel for Respondents submits that the claim of the Petitioner was considered and a Speaking Order was passed by Respondent No.3 vide Rc.No.15/EBC/JVVD/2022-1, dated 09.07.2026 stating that the Petitioner is entitled for payment of Rs.21,37,898/- only and out of the same an amount of Rs.21,26,936/- has already been released and the balance amount of Rs.10,962/-, which is now payable to the Petitioner, could not be released due to non- availability of budget/funds.
3. In that view, the Contempt Case is closed.
4. No order as to costs.
