Order:-
1. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel for the respondents.
2. The present Civil Revision Petition is filed aggrieved by the docket order dated 23.09.2026 passed in E.A.No.8 of 2024 in E.P.No.89 of 2019 in O.S.No.473 of 2014 on the file of the court of the Principal Civil Judge (Senior Division), Tenali, Guntur District.
3. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present Civil Revision Petition with liberty to file an appeal. He further requests the Registry to return the record to enable him to file an appeal.
4. In view of the request made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. The Registry is directed to return the record to the petitioner to enable him to file an appeal. There shall be no order as to costs.
Pending miscellaneous applications, if any, shall stand closed.
