ORDER:

This Civil Revision Petition has been filed seeking to pass appropriate orders to direct the trial Court for expeditious disposal of the suit in O.S.No.16 of 2016.

2. Petitioners herein filed O.S.No.16 of 2016 on the file of Senior Civil Judge, Narsipatnam seeking declaration of right and title over the plaint scheduled property and for a consequential relief of permanent injunction.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that the suit was instituted in the year 2016 and it is pending nearly for a decade. The learned counsel further submits that the High Court of Andhra Pradesh vide Circular ROC.No.121/SCMS Section/2025, dated 04.07.2025 has specifically directed all the judicial Officers to bestow their personal attention for disposal of the cases which are more than ten years old. He further submits that though ten years have elapsed since institution of the suit, the same has not reached its final adjudication. Hence, he sought an appropriate direction for expeditious disposal of the suit in the light of the specific directions issued by this Court on administrative side.

4. Having considered the submissions of the learned counsel for the petitioners and taking into consideration the fact that the suit is of the year 2016, in our considered view it is appropriate and reasonable to direct the learned Senior Civil Judge, Narsipatnam to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.16 of 2016, pending on his file as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of three (3) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. Accordingly, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of with a direction to the learned Senior Civil Judge, Narsipatnam to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.16 of 2016, pending on his file, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of three (3) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

6. There shall be no order as to costs.

Consequently, Miscellaneous Petitions, pending if any, shall stand closed.
