ORDER :
Seeking withdrawal of the Civil Revision Petition, learned counsel for the petitioner filed a letter dated 30.09.2026 into the Registry.
2. In view of the contents of the said letter, permission is accorded to withdraw the Civil Revision Petition.
3. Accordingly, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
