ORDER:

1. The present Writ Petition is filed questioning the inaction of Respondent No.3 in disposing of the appeal, dated 15.06.2026, filed by the Petitioner, which was preferred against the order passed by Respondent No.4 vide Rc.No.A8/101/HRCell/2025, dated 22.04.2026, as illegal and arbitrary.

2. The Petitioner was appointed as a Field Assistant in Nandavaram Gram Panchayat in the year 2016 and has been discharging his duties ever since. While so, a complaint was filed against the Petitioner alleging certain irregularities, and the Enquiry Officer appointed had submitted a report, dated 13.01.2026. Basing on the said enquiry report, Respondent No.4 passed orders vide Rc.No.A8/101/HRCell/2025, dated 22.04.2026, terminating the Petitioner from service as Field Assistant of Nandavaram Gram Panchayat. Aggrieved by the same, the Petitioner filed an appeal before Respondent No.3 on 15.06.2026, and as the appeal filed by the Petitioner is not being considered, the present Writ Petition came to be filed.

3. Learned Assistant Government Pleader submitted that the appeal filed by the Petitioner would be considered and an appropriate decision would be communicated to the Petitioner as expeditiously as possible.

4. Heard M/s. Taddi Sowmya Naidu, learned counsel for the Petitioner as well as learned Assistant Government Pleader.

5. Considering the submissions, with the consent of both the learned counsel, this Writ Petition is disposed of at the admission stage, with the following directions:-

(i) The Respondent No.3 is directed to examine the appeal, dated 15.06.2026 filed by the Petitioner and to communicate appropriate decision to him within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

6. No order as to costs.

7. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions, pending if any, shall stand closed. ________________________ JUSTICE NYAPATHY VIJAY
