The Court made the following Order:
Instant Criminal Petition, under Section 528 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, has been filed on behalf of the petitioner herein (A1), seeking to quash the proceedings in FIR in Crime No.4 of 2025 of RC Puram Police Station, Tirupathi District, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 318(4) and 351(2) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023.
2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, learned Assistant Public Prosecutor basing on the written instructions states that, pending the Criminal Petition, the police filed charge sheet, which was numbered as C.C.No.546 of 2025, on the file of the Court of the Principal Junior Civil Judge, Puttur and the same was subsequently settled before the Lok Adalat vide Award dated 11.07.2026. Lok Adalat Award dated 11.07.2026 is made as part of the record.
3. No representation for the petitioner.
4. Accordingly, this Criminal Petition is closed, as the main case before trial Court was settled by the respective parties.
As a sequel, Interlocutory Applications pending, if any, shall stand closed.
