The Court made the following Order:
Instant Criminal Petition, under Section 528 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, has been filed on behalf of the petitioners herein (A2 to A4), seeking to quash the proceedings in C.C.No.1594 of 2023 on the file of the Court of III Additional Munsif Magistrate, Ongole, wherein they were charged with the offences punishable under Section 498A read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 and Sections 3 and 4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act, 1961.
2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Assistant Public Prosecutor, basing on the written instructions, submits that, pending the Criminal Petition, C.C.No.1594 of 2023 was settled before the Lok Adalat vide Award dated 13.12.2025. Lok Adalat Award dated 13.12.2025 is made as part of the record.
3. No representation for the petitioners.
4. Accordingly, this Criminal Petition is closed, as the main case before trial Court was settled by the respective parties.
As a sequel, Interlocutory Applications pending, if any, shall stand closed.
