...RESPONDENT(S): Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed therewith, the High Court may be pleased toissue a Writ, Order or Direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus to declare the action of the 5th respondent in addressing a letter in Rc.No H(1) 42/2023 dated 12-02-2026 to the 2nd respondent for appointment of Person in charge to run the affairs of the petitioners society without conducting elections as illegal, arbitrary, and violative of Article 14,21 and 41 of the Constitution of India and contrary to the provisions of the A.P. Cooperative societies act and rules made there under and consequently direct the respondents to continue the existing Managing Committee to run the affairs of the petitioners society so as to get the work orders from 7th respondent Steel Plant IA NO: 1 OF 2026 Petition under Section 151 CPC praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the High Court may be pleased direct the respondents to issue orders for continuation of the existing Managing Committee to run the affairs of the petitioners society so as to get the work orders from respondent Steel Plant pending disposal of the main writ petition Counsel for the Petitioner:
