JUDGMENT:
I.A.No.1 of 2018 is filed seeking condonation of delay of 285 days in filing MACMA.No.2052 of 2018.
Today also there is no representation on behalf of the petitioners. On the last adjournment also, there was no representation on behalf of the petitioners.
Learned counsel for the respondent No.2/Insurance Company is present.
Petitioners are not showing inclination to proceed further and it shows that the petitioners have no interest to prosecute the petition.
In the result, I.A.No.1 of 2018 is dismissed for non-prosecution. Consequently, the Motor Accident Civil Miscellaneous Appeal No.2052 of 2018 is also dismissed for non-prosecution. There shall be no order as to costs.
As a sequel thereto, the pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed.
