ORDER:
1. The present Contempt Case is filed for non-compliance of the interim order dated 04.08.2025 passed by this Court in W.P.No.18657 of 2025, wherein this Court directed the Respondents to consider the representation of the Petitioner dated 19.12.2022 as per the provisions of Andhra Pradesh Revised Pension Rules, 1980.
2. At the time of hearing, the learned counsel for the Respondents submits that the representation of the Petitioner was considered and rejected vide Speaking Order No.RC/ENC/G2/WP.18657/2025, dated 19.08.2026.
3. In view of the same, the Contempt Case is closed.
4. No order as to costs.
