ORDER:
1. The present Contempt Case is filed for non-compliance of the interim order dated 11.09.2025 passed by this Court in I.A.No.1 of 2025 in W.P.No.23651 of 2025.
2. At the time of hearing, the learned counsel for the Respondents submits that the interim order in I.A.No.1 of in W.P.No.23651 of 2025 dated 11.09.2025 has been complied with and rejoining orders were issued by the Project Director, District Water Management Agency and Additional District Programme Coordinator MGNREGS, Parvathipuram Manyam District vide Rc.No.180/ 2026/ HRMS/ PVP, dated 23.06.2026 and requested to close the Contempt Case.
3. In that view, the Contempt Case is closed.
4. No order as to costs.
