The Court made the following order:

Heard Sri Somisetty Ganesh Babu, learned cousnel for the petitioner, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Municipal Administration and urban Development and Sri Karri kalyan Durga Prasad, learned Standing Counsel for TUDA appearing for the respondents.

2. The grievance of the petitioner in the instant Writ Petition is against the action of the respondents in attempting to dispossess the petitioner from her residential plot/property of an extent of 121 Square Yards in Survey No.257/11 B2 of Srinivasapuram Village, Tirupati Rural Mandal, Tirupati District.

3. It is contended by the petitioner that she is the absolute owner of the subject property having purchased the same vide Registered Sale Deed dated 20.11.2024, without issuing any show cause notice, without calling for an explanation and without following due process of law, the respondents are trying to dispossess the petitioner from the subject property.
