ORDER :-
This Criminal Petition, under Section 482 Cr.P.C., has been filed by the Petitioner/Sole accused, seeking to quash the proceedings in C.C. No.336 of 2013 on the file of Court of Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Nandyal, Kurnool District.
2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner states that C.C. No. 336 of 2013, on the file of the Court of Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Nandyal, Kurnool District, was disposed of and the case ended in acquittal on 27.05.2026.
3. Recording the said statement, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
As a sequel thereto, the miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Criminal Petition shall stand closed.
