Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned counsel for the respondents.

4. Learned counsel for the respondents has placed a copy of the order dated 23.07.2026 in Appeal No.124 of 2025 passed by the Debts Recovery Appellate Tribunal, Kolkata, and would submit that the order dated 17.09.2025 passed by the Debts Recovery Tribunal, Visakhapatnam, in S.A.No.121 of 2022, has been set aside.

5. On perusal of the order dated 23.07.2026 of the Debts Recovery Appellate Tribunal, Kolkata, it is clear that the order dated 17.09.2025 of the Debts Recovery Tribunal, Visakhapatnam, in S.A.No.121 of 2022, has been set aside and the matter is remanded back to the Debts Recovery Tribunal, Visakhapatnam, to decide the matter afresh.
