CRIMINAL PETITION NO: 6793 of 2024 The Court made the following Order:
Instant Criminal Petition, under Section 528 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, has been filed on behalf of the petitioners herein (A1 & A2), seeking to quash the proceedings in CC No.894 of 2023 on the file of learned II Additional Judicial First Class Magistrate, Machilipatnam.
2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, learned Assistant Public Prosecutor basing on instructions, submits that pending the Criminal Petition, in CC No.894 of 2023 on the file of learned II Additional Judicial First Class Magistrate, Machilipatnam, the petitioners got acquitted vide Judgment dated 09.12.2025.
3. Daily e-Court Status of CC No.894 of 2023 on the file of learned II Additional Judicial First Class Magistrate, Machilipatnam is made part of record.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioners has not disputed the submission made by learned Assistant Public Prosecutor.
5. Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is closed, as the main CC itself was disposed of by the trial Court.
