ORDER:
This Court, vide order dated 05.02.2026, suspended the proceedings dated 21.04.2025 appointing the 5th respondent as the Mutawalli of the subject institution of the writ petition.
2. The 1st respondent, vide proceedings dated 06.04.2026, directed the Inspector Auditor, Waqfs, Visakhapatnam, to comply with the orders dated 05.02.2026 and 25.02.2026 to supervise the day-to-day affairs of the said institution, which is the subject matter of the writ petition.
3. Learned counsel for the petitioner stated that orders of this Court have been complied with by the respondents
4. Recording the said submission, the present Contempt Case is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
Consequently, interlocutory applications, pending in the contempt case shall stand closed.
