ORDER:
Short issue involved in this writ petition is that failure of respondents in taking action on the recommendation made by the 4th respondent for considering the case of the petitioner for compassionate appointment consequent upon the retirement of the petitioner’s father on medical invalidation.
2. Heard Sri P.Ravikanth, learned counsel for petitioner and Sri B.Siva Sanakara Rao, learned Standing Counsel appearing for respondents.
3. On perusal of the record, it is evident that 4th respondent had submitted proposal vide Roc No.137/2001-C1, dated 24.05.2018 to the Regional Director – cum – Appellate Commissioner of Municipal Administration, Guntur requesting to issue suitable orders for providing appointment to petitioner on compassionate grounds in view of the retirement of father of petitioner on medical invalidation who was working as Public Health Worker in Kavali Municipality.
4. As the said proposal is kept pending by the Regional Director – cum Appellate Commissioner of Municipal Administration, Guntur, this court deems it appropriate to direct the respondents to pass appropriate orders on the proposal of the 4th respondent dated 24.05.2018.
