Instant Criminal Petition, under Section 528 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, has been filed on behalf of the petitioners herein (A1 to A6), seeking to quash the proceedings in CC No.4393 of 2024 on the file of learned IV Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Vijayawada, NTR District.

2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, learned Assistant Public Prosecutor basing on instructions, submits that pending the Criminal Petition, in CC No.4393 of 2024 on the file of learned IV Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Vijayawada, NTR District, the petitioners got acquitted vide Judgment dated 30.07.2026.

3. Daily e-Court Status of CC No.4393 of 2024 on the file of learned IV Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Vijayawada, NTR District is made part of record.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioners has not disputed the submission made by learned Assistant Public Prosecutor.

5. Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is closed, as the main CC itself was disposed of by the trial Court.
