ORDER:

Short issue involved in this writ petition is that failure of 2nd respondent in taking action on the recommendation made by the 4th respondent for considering the case of the petitioner for compassionate appointment consequent upon the retirement of the petitioner’s mother on medical invalidation.

2. Heard Sri P.Ravikanth, learned counsel for petitioner and Sri B.Siva Sanakara Rao, learned Standing Counsel appearing for respondents.

3. On perusal of the record, it is evident that 4th respondent had submitted proposal vide Lr.Roc No.2605/2001-C1, dated 21.07.2018 to the 2nd respondent requesting to issue suitable orders for providing appointment to petitioner on compassionate grounds in view of the medical invalidation of the mother of the petitioner who was working as Public Health Worker in Kavali Municipality.

4. As the said proposal is kept pending by the 2nd respondent, this court deems it appropriate to direct the 2nd respondent to pass appropriate orders on the proposal of the 4th respondent dated 21.07.2018.

5. Learned counsel for petitioner seeks a direction to the respondents to consider the said proposals duly following the law laid down by this Court in order dated 02.04.2014 in W.P.No.3912 of 2011.

6. In view of the above, petitioner is permitted to make a representation to the 2nd respondent along with copy of proposal forwarded to the 2nd respondent and a copy of this order as well as order in W.P.No.3912 of 2011 within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Upon receipt of such representation, 2nd respondent shall consider the same and pass appropriate orders on the proposal dated 21.07.2018 within a further period of two months thereafter.

7. Accordingly, writ petition is disposed of.

As a sequel, miscellaneous applications, pending, if any, shall stand closed. __________________________
