CRIMINAL PETITION NO: 8841 of 2024 The Court made the following Order:

Instant Criminal Petition, under Section 528 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, has been filed on behalf of the petitioners herein (A1 to A4), seeking to quash the proceedings in FIR in Crime No.418 of 2024 of Kankipadu Police Station, Krishna District.

2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, learned Assistant Public Prosecutor basing on instructions, submits that pending the Criminal Petition, police filed Charge Sheet in FIR in Crime No.418 of 2024 of Kankipadu Police Station, Krishna District and the same was numbered as CC No.9445 of 2025 on the file of learned Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Vijayawada, wherein the petitioners got acquitted vide Judgment dated 15.12.2025.

3. Daily e-Court Status of CC No.9445 of 2025 on the file of learned Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Vijayawada is made part of record.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioners has not disputed the submission made by learned Assistant Public Prosecutor.

5. Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is closed, as the main CC itself was disposed of by the trial Court.

Interlocutory applications, if any, pending shall stand closed.
