2. It is stated by learned counsel for the petitioner that the issue raised in the instant Writ Petition is covered by a judgment rendered by the Coordinate Bench of this Court dated 18.08.2026 in W.P.No.13815 of 2026, and requests that the same order may be passed in this Writ Petition.
3. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is disposed of in terms of the order passed by this Court dated 18.08.2026 in W.P.No.13815 of 2026. There shall be no order as to costs.
