Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed therewith, the High Court may be pleased topleased Writ of Mandamus declaring action of the respondents, in seeking to conduct municipal elections to the population in Survey No. 296 to 307/A, Narsaraopet Municipality, Palnadu District, though the area sought to be included in the 5th respondent is not yet completed, while the process under the AP Town Planning Act and Rules is going on, further seeking to conduct elections to the Gram Panchayat limits of Yellamanda village, without following the rule of reservation, without segregating the voters in both the areas of the same village as arbitrary, unjust, illegal, misuse of power, favoritism shown by the authorities, violative of the AP Municipalities Act and AP Grampanchayat Act, Rules made there under apart being violative of Articles 14,19 and Part IX and IX-A of the Constitution of India and consequently direct the respondents not to hold elections to the area covered under erstwhile Yellamanda grampanchayat and pass IA NO: 1 OF 2023

Petition under Section 151 CPC praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the High Court may be pleased pleased to direct the respondents not to conduct elections in Survey No. 296
