ORDER:
This Criminal Petition is filed aggrieved by the order dated 10.05.2023 passed in Crl.M.P. No.127 of 2023 in F.C.O.P. No.562 of 2018 by the learned Judge, Family Court, Guntur.
2. Learned counsel for respondents 1 to 3 is present.
3. No representation on behalf of the petitioner. On the last two occasions i.e., 08.09.2026 and 16.09.2026 also, there was no representation on behalf of the petitioner.
4. Having obtained stay, petitioner remained continuously absent. It shows that the petitioner has no interest to prosecute the case.
5. In the result, this Criminal Petition is dismissed for non prosecution.
As a sequel, pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed.
