THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE MAHESWARA RAO KUNCHEAM CRIMINAL PETITION NO: 7763 of 2025 The Court made the following Order:
Instant Criminal Petition, under Section 528 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, has been filed on behalf of the petitioner herein (A1), seeking to quash the proceedings in FIR in Crime No.239 of 2024 of Lalapet Police Station, Guntur District.
2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, learned Assistant Public Prosecutor basing on the written instructions of states that, pending the Criminal Petition, police filed charge sheet in FIR in Crime No.239 of 2024 of Lalapet Police Station, Guntur District and the same was CC No.1393 of 2026 on the file of the Court of IV Additional Civil Judge (Junior Division), Guntur District, was compounded vide Judgment dated 14.03.2026.
3. Copy of e-Court Status of CC No.1393 of 2026 on the file of the Court of IV Additional Civil Judge (Junior Division), Guntur District is made part of the record.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner has not disputed the submission made by learned Assistant Public Prosecutor.
5. Accordingly, this Criminal Petition is closed, as the main CC itself was compounded before trial Court.
Interlocutory applications, if any, pending shall stand closed.
