ORDER:
1. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the order passed by this Court in W.P.No.22502 of 2014, dated 22.11.2024, has been complied with and that the District Water Management Agency, MGNREGS, Srikakulam, has passed further orders on 03.02.2026. As such, no further orders are necessary in the present Contempt Case.
2. In view of the above submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, nothing further survives for consideration in the present Contempt Case.
3. Recording the same, the present Contempt Case is closed. There shall be no order as to costs. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed.
