Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed therewith, the High Court may be pleased topleased to issue an appropriate writ, order or direction, more in the nature of writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the 7thRespondent directing the Petitioner to submit ANO Resignation letter at back date i.e. 31- 04-2021 on the ground that the Petitioner was transferred from 5th Respondent school to Government High School, Yeleswaram, East Godavari District ignoring the fact that the Petitioner attended his duties as ANO in the 5th Respondent school as per the return instructions of the 3rd Respondent and in contrary to the guidelines issued in GO Ms No. 54, Dated 12-10-2020

and Government Memo No. 14825/SE-Ser.IV-2/2005-3, Dated 18-10-2005 as being arbitrary, illegal and violating Articles 14, 21 and 300-A of the Constitution of , Indiaand consequently suspend the proceedings issued by the 7th Respondent vide 6ANU/107/AN0s/Trg, Dated 28-10-2021 and permit the Petitioner to continue as JD ANO in 5th Respondent schooland issue such other writ or order or direction as it may deem fit and proper in the circumstances of the case.
