ORDER:
Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that subsequent to filing of the Civil Revision Petition, suit was disposed of by the learned trial Court and nothing survives in this case to adjudicate further.
In view of the said submission, the present Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs.
