ORDER:
1. Sri Haranadha Raju Katta, learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that they filed this petition to quash the proceedings in P.R.C. No.66 of 2022 on the file of Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Kurnool and subsequent to filing of this petition, P.R.C. No.66 of 2022 is committed to Sessions Court and requested to dismiss the petition with a liberty to take appropriate legal steps.
2. Recorded the said submissions of the learned counsel for the petitioners.
3. In the result, this Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous with a liberty to take appropriate legal steps in accordance with law.
As a sequel, Miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, shall stand closed.
