Mr.A.V.N.Yaswanth, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the writ petition stating that the writ petitioner wishes to seek recourse to law depending upon the outcome of the S.L.P., filed against the Order dated 31.12.2018 in W.P.No.37854 of 2012 & batch. He seeks liberty accordingly.
Considering the submission made, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty, as prayed for.
